Fundació EuroPace is a non-profit entity that aims to fight climate change by improving the well-being of citizens. Its team is multidisciplinary and is made up of professionals with extensive experience in rehabilitation, energy efficiency, renewable energy, management, marketing and public administration.
We designed and analyzed the entire flow needed to develop an app that would sync with your online store. Once users made a purchase in the store, they only needed to log into the app with their purchasing credentials for the books (in EPUB or PDF format) to download automatically.
The resulting platform is multi-profile, which means that different actors, roles and profiles are involved within the platform, each one has a specifically dedicated space to work and consult the status of each of the actions to be carried out. This bilateral structure not only facilitates management and communication between both parties, but also provides an additional level of dynamism and efficiency to the entire process. Managers can supervise and coordinate activities from their internal perspective, while energy professionals can transparently access relevant information and actively participate in the monitoring and development of their offers and work. This two-way collaboration promotes more fluid interaction and more agile decision-making, thus benefiting both parties involved in the management and execution of rehabilitation projects.
