Canarias Makeup is an online beauty store in the Canary Islands dedicated to the sale and distribution of cosmetic products at the best price and without customs charges.
For this project, the challenge was to transform an online store created with the PrestaShop CMS into an application with all the functionalities that PrestaShop offers, but adapted for mobile devices, both for the App Store and Google Play. To achieve this, we developed a custom module to install in PrestaShop, which acted as a bridge between the CMS and the application, allowing us to communicate through the API service and thus manage all the requests made from the application to the PrestaShop Backoffice. Our goal was to ensure fluidity in requests, optimizing data to provide an excellent user experience.
Our close collaboration with the Canarias Makeup team led to a successful launch, improving engagement, user experience and interaction with the app, resulting in increased sales and increased usage. by its clients.
