PepsiCo presents pep+REnew, a digital platform designed to accelerate the adoption of renewable electricity across its value chain partners, as part of its commitment to achieving net-zero emissions by 2040 within the pep+ (PepsiCo Positive) transformation framework.
For this project, developed in collaboration with the agency South Pole, we were responsible for the technical development of the platform, based on the predefined UI/UX design and functional specifications. The solution was conceived as a scalable e-learning digital platform, aimed at centralizing training content, enabling user participation, and delivering a structured and accessible learning experience.
Throughout the process, we implemented a modular, multi-profile architecture that allows users to access learning journeys composed of different modules, combining videos, documentation, and interactive quizzes. The system incorporates gamification elements, such as badges and progressive level unlocking, encouraging engagement, consistency, and gradual content assimilation.
In addition, we developed a management back office that enables the administration of users, modules, content, and questions, as well as the monitoring of platform performance through a dashboard with detailed data and statistics. This management layer supports ongoing maintenance, informed decision-making, and long-term program evolution. The result is a robust, future-ready solution that supports PepsiCo’s global sustainability strategy and strengthens engagement across its ecosystem in the transition to renewable electricity.
