Radisson Hotel Group presents Creator Hub, a digital platform designed to connect content creators with Radisson hotels worldwide, enabling a more efficient, authentic, and brand-aligned collaboration model.
FFor this project, APPLE TREE entrusted us with the development of the application, following the functional specifications, technical requirements, and UI/UX design needed to build a scalable digital platform, along with a management back office aimed at centralizing and optimizing the entire workflow of collaborations between creators and hotels. The main objective was to deliver a solution capable of supporting multiple user profiles, streamlining operations, and improving coordination among all stakeholders.
Throughout the process, we analyzed operational workflows and interaction points between the brand, hotels, and creators, which allowed us to define a multi-profile architecture. Both hotels and creators have dedicated spaces to manage and track the status of each collaboration. From their environment, hotels can coordinate availability, review content, and manage activations, while creators gain clear access to key project information, including briefings and benefits. This bilateral structure improves efficiency, accelerates decision-making, and ensures consistency between brand strategy and creative execution.
The platform integrates technology, storytelling, and loyalty, incorporating benefits linked to Radisson Rewards and gamification elements that encourage participation and content quality. The result is a robust, future-ready solution that strengthens Radisson Hotel Group’s relationship with a global community of creators and hotels, aligned with the evolution of its influencer marketing initiatives.
